Love, love, love watching God work!

This morning I asked for God to show me how He was working in a certain part of my life, and He did not just show me once but twice this morning!  It wasn’t exactly what I was expecting, but it was so, so sweet. Thank you, God, for putting people in my path to encourage me and answer my prayer.

I admit there are times, many times, I seek His direction, and I struggle to see Him or hear Him.  I wonder if it is because I am looking for what I want.  If he is trying to show me, but my attention is focused on my desires instead of His will.  So, I miss it.  I get so focused on what I think I need!  I want God to bless me my way.  He does actually want to bless me, but He wants me to believe in Him and His ways.  He wants my heart to align to His, for He is good and His ways are perfect.  And, I love these moments when He reminds me of just that!

This season of life has been humbling and has been teaching me to be obedient.  So, as I focus on being in His presence and His goodness, I pray that I continue to see Him working in my life as I surrender to His will.  Glory be to God!!!
